Description

The Core Twist offers an innovative and customizable core workout. The two bars can be rotated 360°, clockwise and anti-clockwise with a resistance that can be determined by the speed of movement. The captain's chair is an excellent piece of equipment for abdominal training. It allows the user to train their abdominal muscles by lifting their legs while holding onto the chair at the same time.
