In contrast to classic calisthenics offers, Dr. Wolff's team of experts, known from the fitness and health industry, has developed the Outdoor Campus, the first and so far only health-oriented equipment park for back and joint training in the outdoor area.
The Outdoor Campus consists of 11 smart and multifunctional training stations that are especially designed for outdoor use (more information here). On an area of 10m x 7.5m, the clearly defined concept offers the best training quality in a compact form.
The training stations are divided into 3 modules: Module 1 (Power) focuses on general strengthening of the body. The equipment in module 2 (Core Stability) is ideal for back and joint training, strong back muscles and consequently a healthy back. Module 3 (Mobility) offers the best opportunities for extensive flexibility training and stretching exercises.
